Legislative Agenda Explained

At its core are a proposed Federal Uniform Voting Standards Act that mandates proof of U.S. citizenship, valid photo ID, traceable paper ballots enhanced with biometric markers, severely restricts mail-in voting, and imposes severe penalties—including potential prison time up to life or the death penalty—for election fraud or interference; a Uniform Public Safety and Standards Act that creates federal intervention triggers for major riots and civil unrest, requires immediate prosecution and massive restitution from offenders, protects citizens’ rights to defend life and property, and holds both rioters and complicit organizations accountable with harsh penalties; and a Proposed New Immigration Law that criminalizes unlawful entry after July 1, 1948 without a qualifying pre-1924 nonquota immigration visa with tiered penalties (Class A misdemeanor for simple entry, escalating to Class C and Class B felonies carrying 1–15 years imprisonment and fines up to $100,000 for aggravated cases involving false documents, resistance, smuggling, armed entry, or child endangerment), mandates mandatory biometric profiling (DNA, fingerprints, and photographs) plus a lifelong CASE ID archived for 270 years, enforces immediate detention, repatriation, and permanent lifetime bans on re-entry, benefits, citizenship, and employment, while imposing heavy penalties on employers, smugglers, traffickers, and aiders, with only narrow humanitarian exemptions. These initiatives, tied to a broader 2025 Action Plan calling for constitutional amendments and accountability for past failures, reflect an urgent, unapologetic “citizen-first” philosophy that rejects leniency toward chaos and demands enforceable rules rooted in faith, family, fidelity to the Constitution, and a clean start for the nation.
